Iceland Peak Climbing (6000m)
Island peak climbing is a very famous and well-known trekking peak in Nepal. Island Peak climbing (6,000 m) is located in Everest region, which is very excited and marvelous place in the world. Island Peak is known as Imja Tse peak from Dingboche the mountain is seen as an island in a sea of ice. Island peak is one of the classical Himalayan expeditions. It is also a legendary mountaineering route, great hospitality of Sherpa community and unbeatable mountain views. The summit of Island peak is interesting and attractive with a highly glaciated west face rising from the Lhotse Glacier. The mountain itself is the extension of the South Ridge of Lhotse Shar separated by a small col. The ridge rising to the south from this point leads to the summit of Island Peak. The extension of this ridge descending southwest is the part of the normal route of ascent and leads to the South Summit.
